Living with grief, its impact and feelings, is easier with mutual care and support. Please join us if your loss is new, if you are dealing with losses in the past, or supporting loved ones going through grief.. Topics will include types of grief and mourning, the meaning of loss, signs of complicated grief, and how to handle that. Plan to attend every session to give and get maximum support.
