Each Lenten season, there’s a theme that weaves its way in and out of every Wednesday evening worship service.  This year the theme will be Luther’s Small Catechism. 

With the help of our new hymnals, which contain The Small Catechism, each Wednesday will give us an opportunity to reflect on one part of Luther’s great work.  An overall look at the Catechism will be a part of our Ash Wednesday worship.  Then the following: February 13—the Ten Commandments; February 20—the Apostles’ Creed; February 27—the Lord’s Prayer; March 5—Holy Baptism; and March 12—Holy Communion.  Each Wednesday the structure of the service, the hymns and the Catechism itself will give shape to our 40-minute services.  We look forward to having you with us.
