This year’s discipleship camp was amazing!

We had six Jr. Highers, six Sr. Highers and two college kids. Fourteen youth is the most we have ever had at Discipleship camp. We stayed at a new camp, camp Lone Star in La Grange. It was beautiful and the food was great, those are the two most important things you can have in a camp.

Having fun is a huge part of discipleship camp, and with such a large camp we could play the worlds biggest game of capture the flag. The most important part of discipleship camp is learning how to minister to one another. The first day of camp is spent doing Bible studies and prayer journeys for the Sr. High group. And on the second day the Sr. High group teaches the Jr. High group. Discipleship camp is a very important part of our youth program and you can see the influence it has on everything else we do throughout the year.
