A huge thanks to everyone who helped make our Rainforest Adventure a success. Over thirty children attended VBS. Many were members at Christ Lutheran and their friends, children from the Child Development Center and children from the area.

We had a terrific staff, which included Adults and Junior High and Senior High School Volunteers. Thanks to all of you who led a "class" such as Bible Stories, Crafts, Science, and Games, as well as Registration helpers and Kathy Redpath who led our Adult Bible Study. A big hand to those who helped keep our different age groups on the right path through the Rainforest. Kudos to our acting trio, Bat, Possum and Iguana (you know who you are!), who helped us understand God’s message each day.

Thanks also to our congregation who kept us in their prayers and donated many supplies for our activities, as well as the food that was so skillfully prepared by Liz Mayer and helpers.

Thanks also to those who brought items for snack time. All told were had at least 60 people participating. We hope to have twice that number next year! We hope you can join us!
