It hardly seems possible we could be rolling into the holiday season, but here we go! With the New Year right around the corner and our building dedication set, we are working hard to have the building prepared. The following are items we have completed, some we plan to do in 2009, and some that are a prayer and will be answered in time.

Projects in Progress

· Contracted for repair & repainting of doors in sanctuary along with the replacement of the   water damage overhead on the front doors.

· Contracted for Lovers Lane doors & exterior surround to be sanded/repainted

· Contracted for Dublin doors to be sanded/repainted/new hardware and overhead to be   replaced with new lighting

· Contracted for replacement of HVAC not   working in choir loft and sacristy

· Contracted for staining of concrete flooring in CDC entry & hallway to sanctuary

2009 Projects

· Repaint, replace ceiling tiles, repair bathroom, reorganize sacristy & study

· Add plantings to the front area at each side of the main entry

· Obtain bids to repaint the exterior of the sanctuary

· Add lighting to the Dublin side of building

· Continue to monitor costs on cleaning, electricity, and landscape maintenance

Wish List

· Shrubs or plantings donated

· Funds for furnishings in the gathering place or items donated
