Mt. Olive Food Pantry

As an outreach ministry, the First Sunday Food Drive is a way for Christ Lutheran to collect food for the Mt. Olive Food Pantry, a ministry of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in South Dallas.  Our collections monthly assist many North Texans with the food they need.  Please bring your non-perishable items to either service on the first Sunday of each month to contribute to this worthy cause. You may also give financially to the food pantry by writing a check to Christ Lutheran with "food pantry" in the memo line.

In addition to collecting food for the Mt. Olive Food Pantry, our members also volunteer at the pantry on the fifth Wednesday of the month. We pack and hand out sack lunches to homeless and hungry individuals on this date.
