​The Pay it Forward - Card for Charity Tournaments started last fall raising funds through reverse offerings to help replace the wood frame around the large stained-glass window at the front of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. When there was vandalism last May, additional funds were raised from our congregation to help with Mt. Olive’s repair costs. Between the three Pay it Forward Tournaments and donations from our congregation members, $4,121.64 was raised and given to Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. Thank you to everyone who participated in these efforts to assist our brothers and sisters at Mt. Olive.

Enjoy a relaxing evening with your friends while being served a three course, prepared dinner, with cocktails and appetizers beforehand.  Connie Uhri and Cheryl Kowalczik will prepare a catered dinner for the winning ticket holder plus seven additional people.  Your dinner will be hosted by the Kowalczik’s.
 
Raffle tickets are $25 for appetizers and a three course dinner – soup or salad/entrée/dessert.  Raffle tickets are located in the narthex to the right of the coffee bar.  Complete the information on the ticket and place ticket and check/money in basket next to the dinner place setting.
 
Purchase as many raffle tickets as you would like. A perfect gift for Christmas, anniversary or birthday!
 
Proceeds from raffle ticket sales will go to Mt. Olive Food Bank. 
 
The fine print:
· The drawing will be held the second week of January, 2016.  Winner will be notified by email or telephone.
· The dinner will be held in 2016 with agreed upon date by winner and caterers.  A six week notice is required for dinner planning and preparation prior agreed upon dinner date.
· Winner may choose no more than seven individuals to share this dining experience.
· If desired, wine for dinner will be furnished by winner.

​Calling all Trucks & Cars! We will be delivering the baskets and bags to Mt Olive Lutheran Church in South Dallas on Sunday, Nov. 22nd immediately following the late service.  We need helpful hands and big cars to help deliver!  If you are able, please contact [email protected] 

Mt. Olive Church has graciously invited us to a BBQ luncheon following the delivery of the baskets.  We need to provide Mt. Olive with a head-count for lunch, so please be sure to sign-up to help deliver the food baskets and then enjoy lunch and fellowship.
