Today, private citizens in the United States give well over $300 billion to charitable causes each year - more funds than the next five countries combined. If you are interested in how we have come to this point, in the ethical, cultural and religious forces that have driven charitable giving for close to a millennium or simply would like to find out how past generations have viewed and practiced charity, this lecture is for you.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to me, so that I can reserve your seats. As always, feel free to forward this email to your friends, family, and loved ones as well as anyone you think might enjoy our lecture series along with networking, the exchange of ideas as well as engaging and intelligent conversations afterwards.
I look forward to see you very soon and wish you all the best,
Chris Hanebeck
