In April 2015 Nepal was struck with a massive earthquake and aftershocks lasting three weeks. For many people their lives and livelihoods would be changed forever. S. Van Dorn decided to use her $50 towards Lutheran World Relief and a program that taught people like Maya how to work the land and grow fruit trees to feed herself and trade with neighbors. It is an investment that will benefit the Maya and her community for years. How will you make a difference?
